PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a foundation and a base isolation pit by controlling rotation of a pile head, while allowing it properly in a base isolation structure of the pile head.;SOLUTION: A flat pile head capital 2 is mounted on the pile head part in an integrating manner to serve as a seat for placing a base isolation device 3, by which bending moment of the pile head accompanied by the generation of rotation of the pile head is transmitted from the pile head part to the pile head capital. The pile head capital is connected to the adjacently mounted pile head capital by a flat connecting beam 4. The bending moment of the pile head, transmitted from the pile head part to each pile head capital, is bent back by the flat connecting beam to control the rotation of the pile head. A hollow steel pipe pile is used as a pile 1, and the inside of the pile head part is filled with a filling concrete 5, to be integrated with the pile head capital.
