PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing information management device capable of integrally managing the interrupted content, and also, capable of reproducing the arbitrary interrupted content from the interrupted position with an arbitrary terminal device. PSOLUTION: The viewing information management device 10 is provided with an ID generator 2 for generating a device entity ID for uniquely identifying each server device by making it correspond to an original device ID; a content request 3 which specifies a request destination server device on the basis of the device entity ID included in a content reproduction request signal when receiving it, and requests the designated content to the request destination server device; a content relay 4 for relaying the designated content from the request destination server device to a request origin terminal device; a content relay monitor 5 for monitoring the relay executed by the content relay 4; and an interruption information generator 6 which detects the interruption of the relay and generates content interruption information showing the interrupted position of the content from the monitoring results of the content relay monitor 5, by making the content interruption information correspond to the device entity ID.
