PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system and its conference data storing method in which the conference data can be easily obtained.;SOLUTION: In the conference system using IP technology, an IP terminal notifies a transmission request of the conference data to an application server 3 before start of the conference, and the application server 3 records them in a client information table corresponding an IP terminal with a through route included in the transmission request and the IP terminal of the request source. The application server 3 enquires the terminal of the through route whether data relay is possible or not before start of the conference. If it is permitted, the application server 3 transmits the conference data of the IP terminal of the request source through the IP terminal of the through route.
