PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold liquid extracting system for a steam compression refrigerating machine, used for refrigeration or ice making capable of extracting cold liquid or cold water having a wide range of temperature ranging from a very low temperature to a general purpose temperature, by adding anti-freeze having a prescribed concentration to water in an evaporation section.;SOLUTION: The steam compression refrigerating machine 16 forms a closed circuit heat by the evaporator 17, a compressor 18 and a condenser 19. A heat exchanger 26 for cold liquid and a heat exchanger 31 for condensation are respectively interposed in the evaporator 17 and the condenser 19. Anti-freeze, such as ethylene-glycol or the like is added to water in the evaporator 17 to make primary cold liquid 34, and the primary cold liquid 34 is circulated by a primary cold liquid circulation pump 35 and is sprayed onto the heat exchanger 26 for cold liquid. Condensed liquid 36 is circulated by a condensed liquid circulation pump 37 in the condenser 19 and is sprayed on the heat exchanger 31 for condensation. In this way, a secondary cold liquid 21, having a wide range of temperature which ranges from a very low temperature to a general-purpose temperature, e.g. -15 to +10°C can be extracted from the heat exchanger 26 for cold liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
