PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a control device and a control method for sufficiently achieving effect by a simple device and a simple method without needing an expensive hardware, software or a specialist for processing information in controlling air volume in an air conditioner. PSOLUTION: The air conditioning device and method comprise an air volume control portion for controlling air distributing capacity on the basis of information on outside air temperature.
