PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illicit access without losing real time property.;SOLUTION: When a request of service is generated from a remote terminal 9, a service server 7 transmits a request to open a port used for the service to a control server 4. The control server 4 issues a port number (B2) used for the service, opens a service port B2, and transmits the port number (B2) to a service port report port A1 of a gate device 2. The gate device 2 issues the port number (A2) of a service port A2 corresponding to the port number (B2), and opens the service port A2.
