RESTRICTIVE REUSE USE MANAGEMENT ALGORITHM FOR EQUAL DEGREE OF SERVICE IN DIRECT LINK TRANSMISSION Systems and methodologies that facilitate the management of restrictive reuse resource sets with an equal degree of service in direct link transmission are described. User transmission capacity through a set of resource reuses can be estimated, and an iterative method can be employed to reallocate users with weak spectral efficiency to reuse sets exhibiting high transmission capacity to optimize the total transmission capacity in a wireless network or a part of it.
