METHOD FOR MAINTENANCE OF RATIONAL LOADING OF BALLAST CLEANING MACHINE BY CHANGING CUTTING MODES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF CHANGING EXTERNAL EFFECTS

The invention relates to methods of work process control. The maintenance of rational loading of a ballast cleaning machine is achieved by changing the thickness of a ballast cut, changing the rotation speed of a racking out chain and the travel speed of the machine. Speed restriction of the chain is provided by controlling the total current of transducers, registering changes in the engines load rate of the racking out chain drive and of accessory equipment. Frequency converter acts as regulator, and the computer-measuring system with additional software and interface card of the transducers is used for electrical current measurement and for displaying the figures.
