Subject: sheath for picks used for playing stringed musical instruments. Constitution: said pick sheath has at its lower part an opening 24 assisting the insertion of the pick into the sheath, snap-action provision 23 at the ends of the opening, an arcuated top portion 25 and wings 22 at the one side of the sheath for holding the pick sidewise. There are two types of pick sheaths: sheath with closed opening and sheath with open opening.
