The present invention refers to a mixture for improving the production and excretion of breast milk in postpartum and nursing women, as well as the obtention method thereof. The mixture includes Lavandula S.P. and Pimpinella Anisum used for improving nursing in women. Said vegetable mixture comprises essential oils; terpenics and linalool, which have galactogogue characteristics. The terpenics are active substances which main purpose is to stimulate the hypophysis for increasing the production and release of prolactin, which simultaneously stimulates the production of milk. The linalool oil allows the oxytocin levels to increase, thus increasing the contractions in the mammary glands and turning the excretion of breast milk into more fluid in postpartum and nursing women.
