The invention relates to a geodesic dome, a method for carrying out a geodesic dome and a geodesic dome-type module system. According to the invention, the dome has a geodesic shape in the class of dual polyhedra, and less in the class of regular polyhedra, such as tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron having all the faces identical with one another, and comprises some main long and short girders (1 and 2), some joints (I), some transparent, semitransparent or opaque faces (F), some insulations and some auxiliary devices. The method, as claimed by the invention, consists in that the number of girders and faces of the dome is determined by generating a maximal number of right triangles of the faces of the dual polyhedron selected for the geodesic shape of the dome, by symmetrically dividing said faces and designing the polyhedron junction points and the junction points resulting from division on a polyhedron-concentric sphere, and using some X-shaped girders assembled in a self-supporting structure or some panels embedding some crossing girders, thereby supporting some structure elements during assembling, followed by obturating the holes of an envelope with some prefabricated blocks made of insulating foams, which are integral or not with the external panels of the envelope, or with some windows, followed by placing the covering and inside placing the internal panels and installations. The system claimed by the invention is carried out in the shape of a rhombic tricontahedron arranged in plane cubic, hexagonal, pentagonal or decagonal distributions, in spatial cube, icosahedron, dodecahedron distributions, pentagonal, hexagonal, cylindrical or helical pyramids or truncated icosahedric pyramids.
