An object of the utility model application is an iodic concentrate enabling preventative solve an iodine-deficiency in food and a fortification another products of iodine problems. This concentrate is a iodic compounds water solution with total iodine from 100 to 10 000 mg/l. The water solution contains iodine in the form of potassium iodide (KI), sodium iodide (NaI), potassium iodade (KIO3) and sodium iodade (NaIO3), either as a single chemical individuals or preferably mixtures thereof with higher biological activity in ligh of medicine and higher organism absorbability. The iodic concentrate is designed primary for industrial production of beverages and foodstuffs with required iodine concentration in the final product.
