A method for increasing of efficiency of specific immune prevention of bird young growth on the vaccination background comprises the correction of immune status using as immune modulator of high purity sodium hypochlorite solution. The bird young growth, starting from the 11-day age, during 35 days auqeous solution of high purity sodium hypochlorite is fed in concentration of 10-15 mg/l, using it instead of potable water. The vacination of bird young growth is performed by vaccines according to requirements of instructions on use of such vaccines: and on the 10-th day of life a bird is inoculated against infectious bronchitis with US vaccine (Pulvac IB Primer), on the 13 day against Gamboro desease with leaving cultural US vaccine (Bursin), a a 21 c against Newcastle disease with US vaccine (Pulvac NX-La Sota).
