Method for spectrophotometric determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical forms of pharmaceutical preparation that includes preparation of analytical solution of preparation, measurement of optical density at wavelength 292 nm and calculation of concentration of pyridoxine hydrochloride, at that in line with analytical one additionally prepares solution of working standard, at that dilution of both solutions is carried out with 0.1 M solution of hydrochloric acid to concentration 110g/ml and concentration of pyridoxine hydrochloride is determined by method of standards.
