The steering subsystem includes handlebars 1 connected to the upper casing 2 of oscillating steering wheel. End of the lever 22 connected with the upper casing 2 of oscillating steering wheel is an element of a spherical pair 2. The spherical pair 23 is located exactly on the center line of axle 12 of the oscillating unit thrust 24 is connected with a winker 25 by means of a spherical pair 26.
