A method for trepanation of skull at brain pathology which is accompanied brain edema, comprises the bone-plastic trepanation of temporoparietal area with forming of skull defec. Then the resection of temporal bone and wing of basic bone are made. By aspiration the removal of haematomas is performed. The plastic of envelope defect is performed. To the bone flap three titanic mini-plates are fastened: The temporal muscle without fixing of temporal fascii is sown. Then a skin-aponeurotic flap is sown down in two layers.
