A method for predicting of cardiovascular antiremodeling effects of ramipril and losartan in men with hypertension of the II stage comprises the determining of a thickness of the intima-media and blood flow rate in the carotid arteries, assessment of index of insulin resistance (HOMA index). With the equation of the linear multiple regression model, the output parameter is determined, which reflects the nature of the vascular antiremodeling effects, and is predicted based on the data.
