METHOD FOR REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH THE FIRST PSYCHOTIC EPISODE AT STATIONARY STAGE OF TREATMENT

Amethod for the rehabilitation of the patients with the first psychotic episode at the stationary stage of the treatment comprises psychopharmacotherapy with atypical antipsychotics, the use of psycho-educational programs, family psychotherapy, the training of the social habits and cognitive functions. In the setting of the pharmacotherapy, the patients are involved in art-therapeutic trainings with the assessment of the tonus of the vegetative nervous system prior to and after the training class using pulsometry, tonometry, record of heart rate. The clinical and psychopathological parameters are analyzed according to PANSS scale.
