A method for complex treatment of resectable rectal cancer, comprising the radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgery, and chemotherapy is carried out endolymphatically daily for 6 days and per day, and its background radiation therapy is carried out by large fractions of intensive program and after completion of chemoradiotherapy the surgery is performed to the patient within 48 hours.
