METHOD FOR MAKING SHOES FOR SPORT BALLROOM DANCES

Shoes for sport ballroom dances has an upper which is duplicated by a liner, a soft sole in the nose-toe part, a heelpiece, a semi-insole and a counter. Legs are attached to the upper. The lower ends of the legs are stitched through a tape. The semi-insole is made as a multilayer one and includes a metal supinator, two layers, for example, of electrical cardboard or one layer of electrical cardboard, and the second one of texon. The assembled heelpiece has a split fixed on the front part and knocking one thereof. To center and form the half-finished shoe, a shoe last is used. To fill the volume of the lower part of the shoes and to improve the internal view and hygienic properties of the shoes, standard component elements, in particular a filling-and-leveling liner and an insole are used.
