Climate control system for buildings, both residential and industrial, that have perimeter walls and floors, which includes: a first system to generate and accumulate electricity, from renewable sources; a secondary geothermal system, for capturing fluids at a temperature located within a preferred range, said perimeter walls and floors, each being composed of a plurality of continuous, parallel, separate panels, empty or hollow spaces being defined between said panels; a third system for the circulation of airflow with variable capacity; a fourth system for monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity of said air flow, which also has (A) a hole in the perimeter walls, consisting of an external wall (3) and an internal wall (5), divide into at least three holes: a first hole (23) towards the outer wall (3), at least a second central hole (13) and a third hole (12), towards the inner wall (5); at least one laminate of the primary vertical panel (10) made of thermally insulating material, where the central hollow (13) towards the outer wall includes a second thin laminate of the panel (8), formed by a breathable metal plate, separated from the wall external; (B) the side of said laminate of the panel (10) is oriented directly towards the inner wall (5), provided with an impermeable metallic sheet that reflects the thermal fluxes; (C) a hole (16) under the insulated floor of the floor (1) below, by means of a horizontal panel (17), made of a thermally insulating material and that includes, on the side facing the floor, a continuous metal plate and breathable, reflective for thermal fluxes (9 '); (D) a series of irradiating pipes (11) lying inside said recess (16) under the floor and in the secondary recess (12) oriented towards the inner wall (5), where the fluid flows into said irradiating pipes (11) ), at a desired temperature that comes from said geothermal system; (E) said variable capacity air flow being directed at at least some of the said voids.
