This device comprises means for supporting a first anda second chamber, means for allowing these chambers tocommunicate with each other, and a movable member forapplying a suitable force to reduce the volume of thefirst chamber. The means for supporting the first andsecond chambers comprise two tubular bodies, each openat one end, the dimensions of these openings being suchas to allow these tubular bodies to be brought togetherand slid one into the other, a double-ended needle,with associated guide means, being interposed betweenthe said chambers in such a way that when the saidtubular bodies are slid towards each other, therespective ends of the said needle pass into thechambers and the volume of the chamber is reduced.
