Methods for using aminopyrazine analogs of formula (I):(see formula I)to treat rho kinase-mediated diseases or rho kinase-mediated conditions,includingcontrolling intraocular pressure and treating glaucoma, are disclosed.Ophthalmicpharmaceutical compositions useful in the treatment of eye diseases such asglaucoma,and additionally useful for controlling intraocular pressure, the compositionscomprisingan effective amount of aminopyrazine analogs, are also disclosed.
