A recyclable low solid content micro-bubble drilling fluid or completion fluid is provided. By the parts of weight, the fluid comprises: ① recyclable micro-bubble low solid content composite treating agent SD-LGA 3-4; ② low-density low solid content tackifier SD-LGV 0.5-1; ③ low-density regulator SD-LFD 0.5-1; ④ low-density foam stabilizer SD-LFS 0.5-1; ⑤ low-density flow-type regulator SD-LFR 0.5-1; ⑥ clear water 100. The procedure of preparing the fluid comprises: adding the above-mentioned materials in accordance with composition and content in clear water successively at normal temperature and normal pressure by conventional preparation method, mixing and stirring uniformly.
