The hybrid drying system of the present invention comprises: a desiccant dryer installed between an evaporator and a condenser, and including a desiccant dryer absorption unit that converts cold dry air passing through the evaporator into dry air, and a desorption unit that is supplied with recycled air heated by heat of condensation from the condenser as a recycled heat source; a heat exchanger that exchanges heat with the recycled air between outside air and recycled exhaust to recover exhaust heat; and a control unit that simultaneously controls cold-air drying and desiccant drying according to the moisture and temperature of a drying compartment, wherein the system operates with a cooling cycle, a drying cycle, a drying compartment circulation cycle, and a recycling cycle.
