RE-STICKING APPARATUS AND SORTING RE-STICKING METHOD

A re-sticking apparatus and a sorting re-sticking method both realizing automatic re-sticking of sorted devices stuck to sheets placed in stacked trays contained in a magazine to other sheets having sizes usable at later steps sequentially at high speed and with improved convenience.  The re-sticking apparatus (1) feeds a 2-inch (5-cm square) supply tray (K) provided with a first adhesive sheet (S1) from a magazine (2) containing astack of supply trays (K), and the supply tray (K) is held by a tray reversing mechanism (5).  The tray reversing mechanism (5) reverses the received supply tray (K) and sticks the device on the supply tray to a second sheet (S2).  A sheet cutter cuts out a 20-cm-square piece of the second sheet (S2) and places it on a sheet sorting elevator.  The sheet sorting elevator places the second sheet (S2) onto a desired one of tiered storage shelves.
