An aggregate supply system (100) for a dry-mixed mortar producing system and a dry-mixed mortar producing system therewith are provided. The aggregate supply system (100) includes a dryer (10) for drying aggregates, a first screen separator (40) for screening the dried aggregates, an interim storage (30) and a first transporting device (20). The interim storage (30) is provided between the dryer (10) and the first screen separator (40) so as to accept and store and cool the aggregates from the dryer (10), and the first transporting device (20) is provided between the dryer (10) and the interim storage (30) so as to transport the aggregates from the dryer (10) to the interim storage (20). The aggregate supply system (100) can reduce energy consumption.
