A traditional Chinese medicine for treating flu induced by flu virus including type A H1N1 virus, its preparation method and its use are disclosed. The traditional Chinese medicine said above is prepared by the crude materials including fried Herba ephedrae, Gypsum Fibrosum, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, fried Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Fructus Arctii, Herba Artemisiae, Herba Menthae, and raw Radix Glycyrrhizae. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine said above includes boiling the crude materials in water, or crushing the crude materials into powder, or other conventional methods. The use of the traditional Chinese medicine said above is to prepare the drugs for treating flu induced by flu virus including type A H1N1 virus.
