A method for broadcasting PSI/SI information which comprises the following steps: when the PSI/SI information of a plurality of frequency points is combined into one code stream of same code stream equipment and output to a signal amplifier, the number of packet identification (PID) required by each frequency point are determined, and a PID value of a PSI/SI information of each frequency point are successively determined on the basis of a preset PID value distribution strategy so as to ensure that the PID value of each frequency point PSI/SI information does not mutually collide (S101); a code stream, constituted by the PSI/SI information with determined PID value of each frequency point, is copied to be a multi-path code streams with the same content to the code stream through the signal amplifier, and said multi-path code streams are respectively accessed to the multiplexer (S102); from the code streams accessed, PID values of the PSI/SI information corresponding to the frequency points processed by the multiplexer are selected by said multiplexer and modified to standard PID values on the basis of the preset PID value distribution strategy, and the standard PID values are mixed into code streams of corresponding frequency points and transmitted to a digital television broadcasting network to provide to digital television terminal for receiving (S103). The embodiment of the invention can realize transmitting the PSI/SI information of a plurality of frequency points in one path code stream output by one code stream equipment in the digital television broadcasting network front end system.
