Method and system for adjusting a driving lane for rail-based traffic

The route adjusting method involves constructing route by arrangement of system components like switch blades, signals, and rail blocks. An individual code pair is constructed with a public and a private code for a route. A reservation request is transmitted to all system components for the route. The message is decoded with its appropriate private code only for an addressed system component. The system component confirms the corresponding reservations and the confirmation encoded with the public code of the route. An independent claim is also included for a system for adjusting a route for rail bound traffic.
