A high temperature resistant and anti-rutting asphalt modifier material, preparation method thereof and asphalt products are provided. The modifier material is made from the following raw materials (parts by weight): LLDPE, 20~30; HDPE, 8~10; SMN resin, 15~25; diatomite, 15~25; EVA, 5~8; JC-GJ301 nano-intensifier, 0.5~0.8; NPCC-701 nano-calcium carbonate, 11~20; nano-cerium oxide stabilizer, 0.2~0.5. The high temperature resistant and anti-rutting asphalt modifier material is particularly designed for high temperature and rainy climate. The test result of road surface by using the asphalt material above has proved to be more than twice better against the national standard in aspect of anti-rutting. The water stability of the road surface has proved to be enhanced more than 8%.
