METHOD OF EXTRACTING AND SIMULTANEOUS DIVIDING OF EFFECTIVE COMPONENTS OF SOPHORA FLAVESCENS USING HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY AND LIQUID-LIQUID EXTRACTION FOR CONTROLLING THE QUALITY OF MEDICINE

PURPOSE: A method of extracting and simultaneous dividing of effective components of sophora flavescens using high performance liquid chromatography and liquid-liquid extraction are provided to simultaneously extract or divide the matrine, sophocarpin, sophoridine of representative effective components to the sophora flavescens.;CONSTITUTION: The water is added to the sophora flavescens. The Sophorae flavescens is dipped in the water. Matrine, sophocarpin and sophoridine are extracted. Matrine, sophocarpin and sophoridine are the effective components of sophora flavescens. By using RP-HPLC(Reverse Phase-High Performance Liquid Chromatography) having moving phase, the Matrine, sophocarpin and sophoridine are divided from the sophora flavescens. The RP-HPLC includes the mixture of the methanol, water and diethylamine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
