PURPOSE: A commercial content reproducing apparatus, a commercial content providing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to supply to a user the useful information during the unnecessary consumed time by reproducing advertisement contents at a preset operating start time of an application program while monitoring the operation of the application program.;CONSTITUTION: A program sensor(380) senses the operating start or operation end of a preset application program, and a content reproducer(390) reproduces advertisement contents according to the sensing result. While the file necessary to the execution of the application program is loaded, the contents reproducer reproduces the advertisement contents.
