PURPOSE: A hard disk drive is provided to reduce damage to components installed in the base caused by an external impact.;CONSTITUTION: A hard disk drive comprises a base, a screw housing(175), and a shock-absorbing space(180). The screw housing includes one or more screw hole formed walls in which screw holes are formed and arranged on two sides of the base. The shock-absorbing space is formed between at least a part of outer walls of the screw housing except for the screw hole formed walls and the base.
