PURPOSE: An abrasive breaker and recycling apparatus for waste concrete is provided to prevent the waste of washing water by separating the fine powder obtained while washing the waste concrete and pebble.;CONSTITUTION: An abrasive breaker and recycling apparatus for waste concrete comprises an exfoliation cleansing device(100), a cleansing device(200), a screen filter(300), and a cleansing water tank(500). The exfoliation cleansing device has a front inserting hole(104a) and a rear discharge hole(104b). The exfoliation cleansing device is installed in the center of inside of the outer-race gear(107).
