PURPOSE: An ultrafine super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle is provided to secure the small particle size and the uniform distribution by using cationic lipid or a cationic polymer.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an ultrafine super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle comprises the following steps: supplying a solution of cationic lipid or a cationic polymer(S1); adding a mixture of ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous chloride tetrahydrate to the solution for forming a raw material solution of a iron oxide nanoparticle(S2); and adding a reductant to the raw material solution for reducing the solution(S3).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
