PURPOSE: A note-taking input method using a touch screen and a note-taking input device using the same are provided to store coordinate information of a stroke and interpolating cut handwriting stroke by note-taking speed of the same note-taking stroke and note-taking direction data, thereby realizing high quality note-taking input more naturally.;CONSTITUTION: A location measuring unit(710) outputs coordinate information of an object contacted to a touch screen if a user inputs note-taking on a touch screen by using the object. A buffer unit(720) stores the coordinate information sampled in a predetermined time cycle. A compensation unit(730) generates compensation coordinate information in a sampling timing which did not stored the coordinate information by the stored coordinate information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
