PURPOSE: A mobile phone payment method, a system and a recording medium thereof through multi-authentication type OTP authentication are provided for a server of communication network to provide the OTP creation information to a mobile phone with the OTP media authentication results and generate the OTP through the OTP creation information with the mobile phone.;CONSTITUTION: An OTP is received from a user terminal. A server certifies OTP validity for mobile payment through the received OTP(810). If the OTP validity for the mobile payment' is not authenticated(815), the server generates the payment error information.
