PURPOSE: A Korean paper thread manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to more effectively produce the Korean paper thread in large amount with low cost.;CONSTITUTION: A Korean paper thread is cut in selected interval. An end part of the Korean paper thread is remained. A cut paper is wound in a skein(20). The Korean paper thread is formed by a thread of the wound skein.
