PURPOSE: A method and a system reducing the handover in the wireless network condition which mipv6 is applied are provided to use the information set in L2 to remove the duplication of the unnecessary process in the handover process for the high layer.;CONSTITUTION: A NAR(New Access Router)(320) transmits a probe response packet to a MR(Mobile Router)(310)(S352). The MR processes the process which requires the authentication(S353). If the authentication is completed, the MR transmits the packet which requests the bond to unite to the NAR(S354). The NAR transmits the bond response request packet selecting the CoA(Care of Address) which an uniqueness inspection is terminated stored in the temporary address table of the NAR(S355).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
