PURPOSE: A benefit calculating method of an alternative of using an experiment selecting method and an alternative assessment index for making up a question of the object area are provided to perform cost benefit analysis by combining sound water circulation alternatives with AEI(Alternative Evaluation Index). CONSTITUTION: An object area drained by a river is selected. It is classified into sections in which the object area drained by a river constants. The main attribute of the selected object area drained by a river is selected. Questionnaire is composed and the question survey is enforced. The shadow price is presumed. The alternative with high benefit is selected.
