PURPOSE: An audit server and method for auditing a client terminal and recording medium for the program are provided to enable an audit server efficiently use the storage capacity and output the audit result for easily reviewing the result by the audit time. CONSTITUTION: A transmit unit(450) transmits the audit policy to the client terminal and receives the audit information according to the audit policy. A comparison unit(420) compares the audit information with the former audit information and outputs the change information. A storage(430) stores the change information. If there is no former audit information in the storage, the comparison unit outputs the audit information as the first audit information.
