PURPOSE: A water-spray-bed heat exchanger for condensing heat recovery of combustion exhaust gas and a heat exchanging method using the same are provided to collect waste heat and to reduce contaminant from the exhaust gas.;CONSTITUTION: A water-spray-bed heat exchanger comprises a high temperature exhaust gas inlet(1), a heat exchange pipe array(3), a water jet nozzle(2), a water exhaust pipe(9), a water tank(8) and an exhaust gas outlet(4). The heat exchange pipe array is installed on the exhaust gas inlet. The water jet nozzle is installed in the front-end of the heat exchange pipe array and emits water to the heat exchange pipe array.
