PURPOSE: A heart beat and heart rhythm generating apparatus is provided to supply a mentally stable state to infants by attaching the heart beat and heart rhythm generating apparatus to a car seat or a baby carriage.;CONSTITUTION: A heart beat and heart rhythm generating apparatus includes a bio-signal measuring unit(110), a bio-signal storage unit(120), a bio-signal combining unit(130), a bio-signal reproducing unit(140), a sound generating unit(150), and a vibration generation unit(160). The bio-signal measuring unit measures a bio-signal. The bio-signal storage unit stores a bio-signal measured in the bio-signal measuring unit. The bio-signal combining unit combines bio-signals stored in the bio-signal storage unit. The bio-signal reproducing unit reproduces the combined bio-signal.
