PURPOSE: Lotus root tea and a producing method thereof are provided to supply health assistant ingredients of lotus roots, dioscorea opposite, and lotus fruits.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of lotus root tea comprises the following steps: preventing the browning of washed lotus root slices by dipping into hot water, and removing the moisture; freezing dioscorea opposite and lotus fruits after removing cores; drying the lotus roots, the dioscorea opposite, and the lotus fruits using a far-infrared ray drier; roasting the lotus roots, the dioscorea opposite, and the lotus fruits; and crushing the roasted lotus roots, dioscorea opposite, and lotus fruits.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
