摘要

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing bio-gas production in a serial high temperature single phase anaerobic fermentation system is provided to promote anaerobic fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing bio-gas production comprises: a step of culturing Bacillus subtilis EDS-1(deposit number: KCTC 18122P) and Bacillus licheniformis EDS-2(deposit number : KCTC 18128P) and freeze-drying; a step of mixing with monosaccharide such as glucose and applying to pretreatment process of anaerobic fermentation. The anaerobic fermentation system is used for fermenting livestock excrement and organic waste(food waste, vegetable residue).
