PURPOSE: An insert bolt for coupling a garnish for a vehicle tail gate to the outer plate of the tail gate is provided to firmly couple the outer plate of a tail gate to a garnish for the tail gate even if the neck insertion unit of a mounting boss slopes to the outer plate of the tail gate.;CONSTITUTION: An insert bolt for coupling a garnish for a vehicle tail gate to the outer plate of the tail gate comprises a tail(100), a flange(120), a neck(130) and a head(140). The tail is coupled to a neck insertion unit, which slopes to the outer plate of the tail gate of the mounting boss formed on the garnish, and thus the garnish is fixed to the outer plate. The tail is coupled to a nut after passing through the outer plate. The flange is formed on one end of the tail. The flange comprises a plane, which makes surface contact with the outer plate, and a slope, which makes surface contact with the neck insertion unit. The neck is formed on the slope of the flange and is inserted into the neck insertion hole of the neck insertion unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
