PNEUMATIC TIRE IMPROVING A BEAD PART, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE HANDLING PERFORMANCE DECLINING DUE TO THE DEFORMATION OF AN APEX IN A CURING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire improving a bead part, capable of preventing the handling performance declining due to the deformation of an apex in a curing process, is provided to improve durability by preventing the separation of an apex during a high speed driving.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire improving a bead part comprises a bead part(10) and a rim protector(13). The bead part comprises an apex(12) in which a triangle cross-sectional shape. The rim protector is formed between the outer layer of a sidewall and the rim flange of the bead part. The apex forms a vulcanization rubber composition on a core part, which is the central part of the apex. The apex is comprised by forming the non- vulcanization rubber composition at outside to surround the core part. The core part has a thin triangular shape and occupies the total area of apex less than 50%-90%. The vulcanization rubber composition of apex core part and the non-vulcanization rubber composition of apex outer part are made of same rubber composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
