PURPOSE: A coated stainless composite pipe is provided to enhance durability of a steel pipe since after stainless steel pipes are connected under the ground, water-proof coating agent is placed to entire outer surface of the stainless steel pipe. ;CONSTITUTION: A coated stainless composite pipe comprises a non-welded stainless steel pipe(10), a reinforcing ring, a connecting pipe and coating agent. The body of the non-welded stainless steel pipe comprises a multi-folding portion(11). The lower end of an upper strip and the upper end of a lower strip are bent, stacked, and folded in a plurality of layers, and thus the multi-folding portion is formed on the adjacent part of a metal panel. In order that the pipes are connected water-tightly, the reinforcing ring makes surface contact with the outer surfaces of both ends of the non-welded stainless steel pipe.
