PURPOSE: A mouse interface method based on electromyogram signal and an image analysis is provided to control a mouse by the movement of a mouse interface wearing band. CONSTITUTION: An electromyogram signal is inputted by the movement of a user(S110). A region corresponding to a hand is extracted based on the color information in the image information(S113). One pixel of a tracking area is determined as a central point. A coordinate of a mouse pointer is determined by the location of the central point(S115). A click signal according to the discriminated click is transmitted to a computation unit as a mouse interface signal(S117).
